Whether you are experiencing communication problems, a lack of intimacy and connection, or navigating a major life transition together, couples therapy can help to put problems in perspective and improve overall relationship satisfaction. Our work will begin with a three session assessment in order to gain a clear understanding of the problem from both sides and the interactional patterns that exist in the relationship. Together, we will work towards deepening your understanding of one another with the end goal of creating a closer connection and a more satisfying relationship.
